VP FOR SALES AND MARKETING

AGE: 35 - 45 years old

• 8 – 10 years in the IT Industry
• Must have sold and managed in the IT industry and is technically competent;
• Must have some general industry knowledge;
• Proven sales track record;
• Comfortable with confrontation
• Possess employee coaching skills;
• Solid inter-personal skills; and
• Possess solid leadership qualities.

SCOPE OF WORK:  The candidate will manage team of Account Managers and System Engineers (SEs). Generally the Candidate is expected to guide his/her sales team in areas including opportunity assessment, sales target identification and selection, requirement definitions, implementation and customer care. 

He/she will be responsible for the attainment of the company’s annual revenue and profit objectives. 

To achieve his/her goal it is expected that he/she work closely with his/her peers, namely, Customer

Engineering & Professional Services and Finance and Admin. 

The candidate will report directly to the Chairman and CEO of the Corporation.

 

COMPENSATION:  Negotiable and is comprised of Base monthly salary plus commission the latter which may change annually and at the discretion of upper management.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER / REPRESENTATIVE

• Graduate of Any Marketing or Business Degree
• Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology is an advantage
• At least 1 - 3 years experience
• Male or Female
• Sales experience in IT related products is an advantage
• Knowledge in Solutions selling & Storage systems are of advantage
• Sales skills and/or proven ability to sell
• Aggressive and highly motivated to exceed monthly/ annual goals
• With good communication and presentation skills
• With pleasing personality
• Willingness to undergo Product Sales Training

SYSTEM ENGINEER (Pre-Sales)

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1-5 years of working experience in related field is required.
• Must have background in Servers and Storage (IBM, EMC, HP, DELL, SUN/Oracle, HDS).
• Must have background in Unix (Solaris, AIX, HPUX), Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Suse), Windows Operating Systems.
• Must have background in Hypervisors (VMWare ESXi, MS HyperV, Oracel VM).
• Must have background in Networking solutions (Security, Routing, ADC, SLB).
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to do solutions and product presentations.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Pro-active, independent and resourceful.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - FOR SERVER, STORAGE AND NETWORK PRODUCTS

• Male
• Graduate of Computer Engineering/Computer Science
• At least 3 – 5 years working experience
• Must have background in Server and Storage (IBM,EMC,HP,DELL)
• Networking and software background in an advantage
• Able to conduct product presentation
